  Worst experience ever.got in a terrible accident.the practitioner(they have no real Dr)told me to go to physical therapy and not work until they released me.
  When I needed a letter for lost wages the practitioner would not give me one and lied about it.said she never told me I couldn't work.cost me 3months of lost wages.unreal.how heartless this practice is.at one point they had three files on me.the office staff is totally unprofessional.
